● UPCOMING — TWO EVENTS ORLANDO · CHARLOTTE

Charlotte Summit — Agenda

Charlotte, NC · November 6–9, 2026

Everything about the Charlotte Summit lives here now: who’s teaching, where you’ll stay, and the full day by day breakdown.

About the Event

Our 10th Summit. Five founders. One room. Four days built for contractors ready to scale.

Brad, Nick, Morgan, Tyler, and Mark run construction and media brands from the East Coast to the West Coast to the Midwest, spanning luxury builds to interior remodels. They’ve had the profitable years and the hard ones, and they teach both.

Expect real strategy on scaling a construction business and building more than one stream of revenue. Expect community over competition — nobody in this room is guarding their playbook.

All food and drinks are included. Flights and hotel are not. Space is limited on purpose, so the room stays intimate.
