CCS is led by five founders who've built nationally recognized construction and media brands from the ground up — through real experience, real investment, and real evolution. Plus the team that makes every event happen.
Nothing is off the table.
This team brings more than construction expertise. They've built nationally recognized brands, launched podcasts and media platforms, secured major brand partnerships, produced events across the country, and created multiple revenue streams far beyond their core building businesses.
When you learn from them, you're not just getting insight into how to run a job site — you're learning how to run a company, grow a brand, expand into new verticals, and build a business that lasts.
The founders openly share their wins, their expensive lessons, and the behind-the-scenes realities that have shaped their companies. With an intimate setting, elevated experiences, and a community-first atmosphere, you leave with far more than notes. You leave with a network, a roadmap, and the spark to level up.
