These terms apply to your use of contractorcoalitionsummit.com, operated by Contractor Coalition Summit (“CCS,” “we,” “us”). By using this site you agree to them.
This site publishes information about CCS events, membership, sponsorship, and our podcast. Event dates, locations, pricing, and speakers are subject to change. We update the site as plans firm up, but nothing on this site is an offer or a guarantee that an event will run as listed.
Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner, EventCreate, not on this site. When you click through to buy, your purchase is governed by the terms and refund policy presented at checkout by EventCreate, together with any event-specific terms we publish for that event. Read them before you pay.
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by CCS, we will contact registered attendees by email with the options available to them. Travel, lodging, and other costs you incur are your own responsibility.
CCS events, podcast episodes, and site content are educational. They are drawn from the real operating experience of the founder-builders in the coalition. They are not legal, accounting, tax, insurance, licensing, or engineering advice, and they are not a substitute for a licensed professional who knows your business and your jurisdiction. Construction and business outcomes depend on your market, your team, and your execution. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, or to submit false information or someone else’s contact details.
The CCS name, logo, site design, written content, photography, and podcast recordings belong to CCS or to the coalition members who created them. You may share and link to our content. You may not republish it as your own, or use our name or logo to imply an endorsement or affiliation we have not given.
We link to sponsors, partners, ticketing, and podcast platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
This site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, CCS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.
